A stack of managers and a traditional outsourcer were built for a slower way of making software. Modern AI work does not get faster by adding another layer. SRA runs an in-house factory and provides the CTO leadership on top of it. Projects we have shipped landed in 10 to 20 percent of the time a typical development organization takes.

Scott Ancheta spent two decades at Cisco and Dell designing and deploying systems for GM, Ford, Comerica, Fiat Chrysler, Cartier, and Marriott. He was on site when they went live.
